Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by their local authorities. We do not handle or reimburse these charges.
We will ship your order to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is accurate and complete.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues or customs processing.
All products are subject to a rigorous quality check before being carefully packaged and dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
For operational and security reasons, the specific country or facility of origin for shipments is not disclosed.
All orders are final. By placing an order, you agree to this condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other personal reasons.
Non-Returnable Items: For health, hygiene, and personalization reasons, products that are custom-made, personalized (e.g., engraved), or sealed for hygiene purposes cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all jewellery items.
Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items: A refund will only be considered if an item is verified to be damaged or defective upon delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting our support team.
To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. We reserve the right to investigate the claim before approving a refund.
Lost Shipments: A refund may be issued for a shipment that is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier. The investigation process with the carrier must be completed before a refund can be processed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days and will not include the original shipping costs.
Due to our rapid processing times, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order after it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if the request is received and confirmed by us before the order has entered the processing or production stage.
A restocking or cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation is requested after processing has begun, at our sole discretion.
Orders absolutely cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

By using this website, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts for any and all disputes.
This choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your country of residence.
Wholesale accounts are for licensed business entities only and are subject to a separate wholesale agreement.
You must comply with all local regulations regarding the resale of our products, including but not limited to jewellery.
Special pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms apply to all bulk and wholesale orders.
You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or otherwise copy our proprietary designs.
You may not make any unsubstantiated medical or therapeutic claims about our products in your marketing materials.
