Will it pass a diamond tester?

Yes. Our moissanite is made from silicon carbide, a material that reacts very similarly to diamond in thermal conductivity. Most standard handheld diamond testers will register it as a diamond. This is one of the reasons moissanite is widely chosen as a smart alternative.

Will the color fade or the stone lose its sparkle?

No. The stone itself will not fade, cloud, or change color over time. Moissanite is extremely hard and keeps its brilliance for life. For gold-plated pieces, normal wear over years may soften the finish, but with proper care it will remain beautiful. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including stone loss.
